Instructors
Several reviews praise specific instructors, including Mellisa, Mr. Carl, Mr. Ken, and Mr. Bill, who were exceptional in teaching and preparing students for the exam and over-the-road driving.
Job Assistance
However, several reviewers express disappointment with the job assistance offered by Road Master. Tania Saraiva, who gave the program 2 stars, stated that despite the initial assurance of post-graduation work, she was still unemployed after a month. Cha Racing, who gave the program 4 stars, warned that potential students should not rely on job assistance and should already have a secured job.
Classroom Experience
Several reviewers comment on the classroom experience. Cha Racing had a positive experience with Mrs. Mel, who made the classroom portion fun and engaging. However, Paul Israel, who gave the program 1 star, had a negative experience with Mr. Ken, who apparently smokes cigars, has zero training skills, and yells and screams at students.
Over-the-Road Driving Experience
Cha Racing mentions that during the over-the-road driving experience, students will be standing for most of the day, and shouldn't be allowed to use the sun shades or sit under them. They also comment on the instructor-to-student ratio, which can be rough at times.
Check-out System
Cha Racing also points out the issue with the check-out system, which requires students to wait in line until all 30-40 students have checked out, and then do a roll call, which can take a long time.
